基于真实世界喜炎平注射液治疗上呼吸道感染的临床特征和用药分析

Clinical features and drug use analysis of Xiyanping injection in real world in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection

目的 分析喜炎平注射液治疗上呼吸道感染的临床应用特征及用药情况,为规范和指导药物的临床使用提供参考。方法 提取HIS数据库中应用喜炎平注射液的上呼吸道感染的患者信息,运用频数方法对年龄分布、性别分布、入院病情、出院病情、给药途径、单次用药剂量、诊断信息等信息进行统计分析,应用Clementine 12.0分析联合用药情况。结果 27584例使用喜炎平注射液的上呼吸道感染患者纳入分析;平均年龄为8.06岁;男性患者多于女性患者;主要为静脉滴注给药;每日剂量中位数为100mg;用药天数以4~7d为主;西医诊断主要为上呼吸道感染、急性上呼吸道感染,中医诊断主要为感冒病,风热证居多。喜炎平注射液治疗上呼吸道感染,合并使用药物主要有维生素类、氨溴索、布洛芬、青霉素、磷肌酸;药物类别与中药清热剂、局部用非甾体消抗炎药、维生素类联用较多。结论 基于HIS真实世界的研究结果为喜炎平注射液治疗上呼吸道感染提供了指导,为品种前瞻研究的拓展提供了参考。

Objective To analyze the clinical application characteristics and medication situation of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, and to provide reference for standardizing and guiding the clinical use of drugs.Methods The information of patients with upper respiratory tract infection who applied Xiyanping injection was extracted from HIS database, using frequency method for age, gender distribution, hospital condition, the discharge condition, the method, a single dosage, diagnostic information for statistical analysis, application of Clementine 12.0 analysis combination.Results 27584 patients with upper respiratory tract infection using Xiyanping injection were included in the analysis, The average age was 8.06 years;Male patients were more than female patients;Mainly for intravenous drip administration;The median daily dose was 100mg;The duration of medication was mainly 4-7d;Western medicine diagnosis is mainly for the upper respiratory tract infection, acute upper respiratory tract infection, disease diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine mainly for cold disease, Fengre syndrome;Xiyanping injection in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, combined drugs mainly include vitamins, ambroxol, ibuprofen, penicillin, phosphocreatine;There are many drugs used in combination with traditional Chinese medicine antipyretics, local non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and vitamins.Conclusion Based on the results of HIS real world for Xiyanping injection treatment of upper respiratory tract infection provides guidance, provides reference for the varieties of prospective study to expand.
