摘要
脉冲场消融是以脉冲电场为能量治疗心脏疾病的一种新型非热消融方法。研究表明,与其他细胞和组织相比,心肌细胞的膜对脉冲场消融产生的电穿孔具有高敏感性,可定向治疗而不会对周围其他组织造成损伤,所以脉冲场消融较其他消融方法更适用于心脏消融。本文就脉冲场消融治疗心脏疾病的临床研究与设备进展做一综述。
Pulsed field ablation is a new type of non-thermal ablation method which uses pulsed electric field as energy to treat heart diseases.Studies have shown that compared with other cells and tissues,the membrane of cardiac myocytes are highly sensitive to electroporation caused by pulsed field ablation,and can be targeted for treatment without causing damage to other surrounding tissues,so pulsed field ablation is more suitable for cardiac ablation than other ablation methods.This article reviews the clinical research and equipment progress of pulsed field ablation in the treatment of heart diseases.
