白塞氏病(BD)是一种以口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡和眼部炎症为主要表现的慢性复发性疾病。心脏受累是BD最具生命威胁的并发症之一,也被称为心脏BD,常因漏诊和误诊导致预后不佳。BD的治疗基于受累器官及其严重程度的不同,给予个体化治疗,以缓解症状并防止永久性器官损害。

Behcet’s disease(BD)is a chronic recurrent disease characterized by oral ulcer,genital ulcer and ocular inflammation.Heart involvement is one of the most life-threatening complications of BD,which is known as the cardio-BD.Missed and misdiagnosis may lead to poor prognosis.BD treatment is based on the affected organs and their severity.Individualized treatment should be given to relieve symptoms and prevent permanent organ damage.
