甘肃省区域绿色金融与低碳经济发展关系探究

Research on the Dynamic Relationship Between Regional Green Finance and Low-carbon Economy in Gansu Province

甘肃地处我国西部内陆,区域受自然条件限制,以石油、冶金、采矿等重工业和资源型产业为主,对环境污染严重。低碳经济是绿色金融的根基,甘肃协调发展区域绿色金融和低碳经济是存在于目前的现实问题。基于甘肃区域绿色金融与低碳经济发展过程和成就数据,分析甘肃区域绿色金融和低碳经济发展过程中存在的客观问题及二者间的关系,并对发展过程中现有问题提出解决对策。

Gansu Province is located in the western inland of China. Due to the limitation of natural conditions, the province can only focus on heavy industries and resource-based industries such as petroleum, metallurgy and mining, which cause extremely serious environmental pollution. Low-carbon economy is the foundation of green finance. Coordinated development of regional green finance and low carbon economy has been the current problem. Based on the development process and achievements of regional green finance and low-carbon economy in Gansu Province, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development process of regional green finance and low-carbon economy in Gansu Province and the dynamic relationship between them, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems found in the development process.
