职业教育服务新疆经济社会高质量发展的思考

Reflections on Vocational Education about How to Serve the High-quality Development of Xinjiang Economy and Society

近年来,新疆职业教育得到了长足发展,但对标新时代党的治疆方略,职业教育在内涵建设、产教育人、校企合作等方面的短板弱项仍然比较突出。本文在分析当前新疆职业教育存在的问题以及发展趋势和要求的基础上,从11个方面提出新时代职业教育服务新疆经济社会高质量发展的实施路径。

Vocational education in Xinjiang has made a great progress in recent years,but the weaknesses are still prominent in the connotation construction of vocational education,the function of cultivating personnel by vocational education,and school and enterprise cooperation. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems and development trend and requirements of vocational education in Xinjiang,the paper puts forward the implementation path of vocational education from 11 aspects on how to serve the high-quality development of Xinjiang economy and society in the new era.
