With the close combination of technological logic and capital logic,capitalism has entered the era of digital capitalism and produced a series of new changes.To fully understand and deeply analyze the appearance and essence of these new changes is helpful to further understand the nature of the development of capitalism.Firstly,in the digital capitalist society,although the economic development is promoted by digital technology into a new round of prosperity,the inherent contradictions of the capitalist society have not been resolved and have even become more and more serious.Secondly,data has become a new factor of production and helped the further development of the economy,but at the same time,it has caused the alienation of people by far.What’s more,the tools,process,field,and division of labor have become more flexible and diversified;however,they have also made the enslavement of capital to the human being more comprehensive,hidden,and thorough.Furthermore,the technological revolution has made people’s lifestyles more and more similar,but it has covered up the growing“digital divide”behind it.Last but not least,on the one hand,digital technology has greatly broadened people’s living space,on the other hand,it has strengthened the harm to people’s freedom.Therefore,examining and recognizing the false appearance of digital capitalism and analyzing its essence can help us avoid some misunderstandings in the development of the digital economy.
