摘要
为解决现有龙门式洗车机维修困难和资源浪费等问题,在保证产品功能属性和可拆卸性能的基础上,将模块化设计理念引入产品设计开发过程中。以公理化设计(Axiomatic Design,AD)和设计结构矩阵(Design Structure Matrix,DSM)作为方法指导和理论框架,对龙门式洗车机进行需求-功能-结构的重新解构。将初始用户需求转化为具体的功能指标与设计参数,通过连接关系和形位关系计算设计参数间的关联度,建立基于设计参数关联度的DSM矩阵。并对DSM矩阵进行系统聚类分析,确定产品模组划分,完成龙门式洗车机方案设计和样机设计。研究表明:基于AD-DSM的设计策略有效提升了现有设备的可拆卸性能,为其他相关产品的模块化设计提供新的研究思路。
In order to solve the existed gantry car washing machine maintenance difficulties and waste of resources,a modular design concept was introduced to the product design and development process on the basis of ensuring the functional attributes and detachable performance of the product.Axiomatic design(AD)and design structure matrix(DSM)were used as methodological guide and theoretical framework to reconstruct the demand-function-structure of the gantry car washing machine.The initial user requirements were transformed into specific functional indicators and design parameters.The correlations between design parameters were calculated through the connection and shape relations to establish DSM matrix based on the correlations of design parameters.The DSM matrix was analyzed through systematic clustering to determine the product module division and complete the gantry car washing machine scheme design and prototype design.The study showed that the design strategy based on AD-DSM effectively improved the disassembly performance of the existing equipment and provided new research ideas for the modular design of other related products.
