Problems and Strategies of Joint Talent Training between Higher Vocational Colleges and Undergraduate Colleges

高职院校与本科院校联合培养高层次技术技能型人才是我国建设现代职业教育体系的一种改革探索,是解决当前我国高等职业教育人才培养结构单一的重要途径。目前联合人才培养存在着培养目标定位、培养方案制定、教学管理过程、教学质量监控等方面的问题。联合人才培养要依据OBE理念,制定“实基础、重实践、强能力、提素养”的人才培养方案,要建立“123”的教学管理工作机制,要构建“一核两翼四主体”教学质量监控与评价机制。

Higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges jointly training high-level technical skills talents of higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges is a reform and exploration of the construction of modern vocational education system and an important way to solve the single training structure of talents in higher vocational education.At present,there are some problems in joint talent training,such as training target orientation,training program formulation,teaching management process and teaching quality monitoring.Joint personnel training should be based on the concept of OBE,develop a talent training program of"solid foundation,emphasizing practice,strengthening ability and improving quality",establish a 123 teaching management mechanism,and build a teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism of"one core,two wings and four subjects".
