摘要
当前国家大学生资助体系面临资助规模扩大导致财政负担增加、学生人数增加致使资助力度不足、体系转型困难引起工作权责不明等问题。基于现实问题与国内某“211”高校2021届本科毕业生数据,引入面板效应模型,考虑不同学院和专业的差异性,探索了定量评估各类资助对学生就业升学绩效、学业水平、思政水平和心理健康的影响程度。研究结果表明:对学生进行经济资助的同时,也要进行激励与教育,以提升学生的思政水平;国家应重视社会奖助的作用,在完善社会资助制度政策的同时扩大社会资助规模。
At present,the financial aid system of national university student is faced with problems,such as increasing financial burden due to the expansion of financial aid scale,insufficient financial aid due to the increase in the number of students,and unclear work rights and responsibilities due to the difficulty of system transformation.Based on the practical problems and the data of 2021 undergraduate graduates from a 211 university in China,the panel effect model was introduced to explore the quantitative evaluation of the impact of various types of financial aid on students’employment performance,academic level,ideological and political level and mental health,considering the differences of different colleges and majors.The results show that:the students should be encouraged and educated at the same time of financial aid,so as to improve their ideological and political level,and the state should attach importance to the role of social aid and expand the scale of social aid while improving the system and policies of social aid.
