以GRE为核心的美国硕士研究生招生考试制度,具有管理主体的民间化与专业化、招生对象的国际化与多样化、考试内容的全面化与能力化、录取标准的统一化与灵活化等特点。当前我国的研究生招生考试制度还存在管理体制落后、考试内容片面、录取标准单一、国际留学研究生占比小等问题。我国应构建职责鲜明的硕士研究生招生管理体制,建立科学化的硕士研究生入学考试制度,确立多元化的硕士研究生录取标准,优化硕士研究生招生考试的科目与内容,逐步推动硕士研究生招生模式国际化。

Taking GRE as the core,the postgraduate entrance examination system in America has the characteristics of civilian and professional of management subjects,international and diversified enrollment objects,comprehensive and competent examination content,unified and flexible admission standards,etc.At present,there still exist some problems in China,such as backward management system,one-sided examination content,single admission standard,small proportion of international graduate students in the graduate enrollment examination system.We should construct a Master’s graduate enrollment management system with distinct responsibilities,establish a scientific entrance examination system for master’s graduate students,establish diversified admission standards for master’s graduate students,optimize the subjects and contents of Master’s graduate enrollment examination,and gradually promote the internationalization of master’s graduate enrollment mode.
