医学院校物联网工程专业特色平台人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Mode of Characteristic Platform for Internet of Things Engineering Specialty in Medical University

摘要 医疗健康物联网是新工科发展的有力体现之一,但是目前医学院校的物联网工科专业仍存在专业发展定位不清晰、实践培养体系不完善、就业质量不理想等问题。为了培养医疗、健康等学科交叉领域的应用型、复合型高级工程人才,并满足学生的就业及深造需求,徐州医科大学医学信息与工程学院在传统物联网工程专业人才培养的基础上建设了脑认知与智能计算实践平台,建立了“知识+能力+素质”三位一体的新工科综合人才培养体系。脑认知与智能计算实践平台的运行实践及其人才培养经验可为医学院校的物联网工程专业建设提供重要借鉴。 The medical and health Internet of Things is one of the powerful manifestations of the development of new engineering.However,there are still some problems such as unclearly professional development orientation,imperfect practice training system and unsatisfactory employment quality in the Internet of Things engineering major of medical colleges.In order to cultivate application-oriented and composite senior engineering talents in the interdisciplinary fields of medical treatment and health,and to meet the needs of students for employment and further study,the School of Medical Information and Engineering of Xuzhou Medical University has built a brain cognition and intelligent computing practice platform on the basis of the training of traditional Internet of Things engineering talents.A new engineering comprehensive personnel training system of"knowledge+ability+quality"has been established.The operation practice and talent training experience of the brain cognition and intelligent computing practice platform can provide important reference for the construction of the Internet of Things engineering specialty in medical colleges.
