摘要
为使人和车能方便上下大型滚装船,多个码头开始采用液压升降桥。为实现液压缸同步控制桥板随潮水涨落而升降,在分析油缸同步的多种方案基础上,结合升降桥设备的工况特点,提出一种适合升降桥油缸的同步控制设计方案,给出了其计算分析结果。
In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of large ro-ro ships,many wharfs begin to adopt hydraulic hoist bridges.In order to realize the synchronization control of the hydraulic cylinder to control the rise and fall of the bridge plate with the rise and fall of the tide,on the basis of the analysis of the oil cylinder synchronization and the characteristics of the hoist bridge equipment,a synchronization control design scheme suitable for the hoist bridge cylinder is proposed,and the calculation and analysis results are given.
