针对煤炭码头取料机臂架头部碰拉绳问题,分析故障产生的原因和现有解决方案存在的不足之处,从故障处理流程优化、拉绳自动复位装置改进2个方面,提出一种优化解决方案。

In view of the problem that the boom head of the reclaimer of the coal terminal touches the pull rope,the causes of the fault and the problems existing in the existing solutions are analyzed.And an optimization solution is proposed from two aspects of optimization of fault handling process and improvement of automatic reset device of drawstring.
