摘要
港口集卡车牌的自动识别是港口自动化管理中的一项重要任务。针对车牌图像畸变大、面积小、车速较快等情况,提出一种基于深度学习的车牌识别算法,采用多路视频流作为输入,实现集卡车牌的实时在线检测。经过现场测试,车牌识别率可达99%。
The automatic recognition of port truck license plates is an important task in the automatic management of ports.In view of the large distortion,small area and fast speed of the license plate image,a license plate recognition algorithm based on deep learning is proposed,which uses multiple video streams as input to realize real-time online detection of truck license plates.Through field test,the license plate recognition rate can reach 99%.
