摘要
高校教师肩负着知识传授、能力提升和价值引领的多重使命,是“三全育人”的首要主体,其主体性的建构是“三全育人”成功实施的关键所在。本文在厘清“三全育人”理念内涵与阐释高校教师“三全育人”主体地位与主体性的基础上,分析了影响高校教师“三全育人”主体性建构的多种因素,提出了高校教师“三全育人”主体性建构的若干对策。
Shouldering the multiple missions of imparting knowledge,improving ability and leading value,college teachers are the primary subject of“Three-integrity Education”,and the construction of the subjectivity of“Three-integrity Education”is key to its successful implementation.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the concept of"Three-integrity Education"and explaining the subjective status of college teachers in it,this paper analyzes the various factors that affect the construction of the subjectivity of college teachers in“Three-integrity Education”,and puts forward some countermeasures for it.
