摘要
为促进社会经济发展,英国积极推动职业教育改革,探索实施学位学徒制。英国学位学徒制的主要实施路径包括:多元主体互相协作;企业主导制定课程标准;加强经费管理制度建设;实施第三方独立考核。它包含四大特征:以企业为主导的多元主体合作;以实践为导向开发多样学徒标准;注重经费管理的灵活性与规范化;强调第三方机构独立评价。英国学位学徒制的实施路径和实践经验,能为探索建立中国特色学徒制提供有益借鉴。
In order to promote social and economic development,Britain actively promotes vocational education reform and explores the implementation of degree apprenticeship system.The main implementation paths of degree apprenticeship in the UK include:multiple subject cooperation with each other;enterprises taking the lead in setting curriculum standards;strengthening the construction of funds management system;implementing third-party independent assessment.It contains four characteristics:multi-subject cooperation led by enterprises;practice-oriented development of diverse apprenticeship standards;attention to the flexibility and standardization of fund management;emphasis on independent evaluation by third-party institutions.The implementation path and practical experience of degree apprenticeship in Britain can provide useful reference for exploring the establishment of apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
