摘要
版权保护对于以版权为支柱的网络文学产业发展具有重要意义。沿用知识产权保护强度的计算方法,测评我国网络文学产业版权开发运营不同阶段的版权保护强度,探究其对网络文学产业经济效益和社会效益的影响,为我国现阶段及未来实施适度、有效的版权保护策略提供可靠依据,论证需要强化版权保护力度,保障网络文学产业实现双效合一。
Copyright protection is of great significance to the development of the copyright-based online literature industry.This paper follows the calculation method of the intensity of intellectual property protection to measure the intensity of copyright protection at different stages of copyright development and operation in China’s online literary industry,to explore its impact on the economic and social benefits of the online literary industry,to provide a reliable basis for the implementation of moderate and effective copyright protection strategies at the current stage and in the future in China,and to argue for the need to strengthen copyright protection to ensure that the online literary industry achieves dual effectiveness.
