基于互感原理的智能配电数据采集系统

摘要 为了对三相交流配电进行数字化、智能化管理,设计并实现了一个智能配电数据采集系统。基于互感原理采集三相交流电压电流信号,分别用41次谐波平均值、Hilbert滤波移相法计算单相有功和无功功率,用二者的相量叠加计算视在功率;用绝对值加模式计算合相有功和无功能量,电功数据压缩并通过LoRa无线传输。基于STM32f10系列微控单元的实现结果表明,该系统工作稳定、可靠,具有高频采样、功能多、精度高等特点,为三相三线和三相四线配电的数智化监测提供了新途径。 In order to realize the digital and intelligent management of three-phase AC distribution,an intelligent distribution data acquisition system is designed and implemented.Based on mutual inductance principles,three-phase AC voltage and current signals are collected.The single phase active power is calculated with the average value of the 41 harmonic,the single phase reactive power is calculated by Hilbert filtering phase shifting method,and the apparent power is calculated by superposition of single-phase active power and reactive power phasors.The absolute value plus mode is used to calculate the combined phase active and reactive energy,and the electric power data are compressed and transmitted wirelessly through LoRa.The implementation results based on STM32f10 series micro control units show that,the system is stable and reliable,with high frequency sampling,multiple functions,and high accuracy.Thus,it provides a new way for digital intelligent monitoring of three-phase three wire and three-phase four wire power distribution.
