Accurate Assistance:A Study on Aksu University Students’Body Measurement and Getting Rid of Poverty

为解决阿克苏地区大学生体质健康测试过程中存在的诸多问题,采用文献资料法、调查法、PESTEL分析法等深入分析。研究发现学院对大学生体质健康测试的顶层设计欠缺,有效监督机制待建,经费不足、测试流程失范以及测试数据不切实际的隐性风险较大等问题明显。提出强化顶层设计,建立有效的“学校+院系+部门+班级”四级联动管理机制,加强线上线下宣传与培训,设立专项资金及合理衡量体育教师工作量等措施,精准助力阿克苏地区大学生体质健康测试,使其摆脱当下困境。

In order to solve the problems existing in the physical health test of college students in Aksu, adopts the method of literature, investigation, PESTEL analysis and other in-depth analysis. It is found that the college lacks the top-level design of the physical health test for college students, the effective supervision mechanism needs to be built, the lack of funds, the abnormal testing process and the hidden risk of unrealistic test data are obvious. It proposes to strengthen the top-level design, establish an effective four-level linkage management mechanism of “school+department+department+class”, strengthen online and offline “publicity and training”, set up special funds and reasonably measure the workload of physical education teachers and other measures to accurately help Aksu college students’ physical health test to get rid of the current predicament.
