心房颤动射频消融术后左心房功能评价方法的研究进展

Advances in the assessment of left atrial function after radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation

心房颤动(房颤)是最常见的心律失常,可造成左心房的重塑及功能改变。目前,射频消融是临床公认的有明显症状的阵发性房颤或药物治疗效果差的持续性房颤首选治疗方式,但患者术后可能出现与消融相关的左心房功能减退。因此,积极对患者行消融术后的左心房功能评价,有利于及时完善消融治疗策略。现就射频消融术后的左心房功能评价方法进行总结并评述各种方法的优越性与不足。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmia that can cause remodeling and functional changes in the left atrium.Currently,radiofrequency ablation is clinically recognized as the treatment of the choice for symptomatic paroxysmal AF or drug-refractory persistent AF,but the post-procedure left atrial hypofunction associated with ablation may occur.Therefore,active evaluation of left atrial function in the patients after ablation is beneficial for timely improvement of ablation treatment strategy.The methods of left atrial function assessment after radiofrequency ablation are summarized and the superiority and deficiencies of each method are reviewed in the paper.
