自修复纤维素纳米晶/含氟聚丙烯酸酯的研究

摘要 采用RAFT调控的Pickering乳液聚合法制备了纤维素纳米晶/含氟聚丙烯酸酯,研究了引发剂用量和软硬单体配比对乳液和乳胶膜性能的影响,并将乳液用于皮革涂饰。结果表明:当引发剂用量为1.2%,软硬单体配比为7∶3时,单体转化率较大,反应中产生的凝胶量较少,乳胶膜具有较优的拒水拒油性、力学性能和自修复性能。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明经过乳液涂饰的皮革纤维表面覆盖一层薄膜。涂饰皮革具有较好的拒水拒油性、机械性能和自修复性能。 Cellulose nanocrystals/fluorinated polyacrylate was prepared by RAFT-mediated Pickering emulsion polymerization.The effects of initiator dosage and soft/hard monomer ratio on the properties of emulsion and latex film were studied,and the emulsion was used for leather finishing.The results show that when the amount of initiator is 1.2%and the ratio of soft/hard monomer is 7∶3,the monomer conversion rate is higher,the monomer conversion rate is large,and the gel amount produced in the reaction is less.The latex film has better water and oil repellency,mechanical properties and self-healing properties.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results show that the leather fiber surface coated by emulsion coveres a film.Coated leather has good water and oil repellency,mechanical properties and self-healing properties.
