Application of Ionic Liquid in Leather Making

目前,制革工艺的清洁化程度整体依然较低,在生产中的各个工序皆有废弃物产生和排放,若未得到有效处置,则对环境会造成较为严重的污染,探寻绿色环保的制革工艺已成为当前国内外皮革产业绿色发展的关键。离子液体因不挥发、易回收和良好的循环性,在制革行业的应用潜力正逐渐被人挖掘。本文在简述制革工艺的基础上通过举例详细介绍了目前离子液体在制革中的应用现状,以期为离子液体在制革过程中的绿色应用提供参考。

At present,the cleanliness of leather making process is still low as a whole.Wastes are generated and discharged in each process of production.If not effectively disposed of,it will cause serious pollution to the environment.Exploring green and environmentally friendly leather making process has become the key to the green development of the leather industry in China and abroad.Ionic liquids are gradually becoming the focus of clean leather research due to their non-volatile,easy recovery and good circulation,and their application potential in the leather industry is gradually being tapped.Based on the brief introduction of leather making process,this paper introduced the application status of ionic liquids in leather making through examples,in order to provide reference for the green application of ionic liquids in leather making process.
