摘要
足球革制作时球面和内层弹性基材粘接所使用的粘接层树脂以溶剂型聚氨酯树脂为主,但是在加工过程中有机溶剂难以完全尽除,使得成品足球革常常会遗留一定的溶剂。在国家节能环保政策与要求逐渐提高且人们环保意识不断强化的趋势下,研发绿色环保且节能的足球革聚氨酯粘接层树脂势在必行。因此,以无溶剂聚氨酯树脂制备方法制备生成可满足节能环保要求且可低温快速固化、初粘力高的足球革粘接层用无溶剂聚氨酯树脂,并测试分析了其性能。结果表明,无溶剂聚氨酯粘接层树脂可于低温状态下迅速反应固化成型,生产能耗非常低;应用于足球革粘接层时,可一次性加工成型,试样革不需要带纸熟化处理,生产效率与质量较高,以其制备而成的足球革不仅绿色环保,而且剥离强度高、花纹定型良好、抗击打能力强。
At present,the adhesive layer resin used for the bonding of spherical surface and inner elastic substrate in the production of football leather is mainly solvent polyurethane resin,but it is difficult to completely remove the organic solvent in the processing process,which often leaves some solvent in the finished football leather.With the gradual improvement of national energy-saving and environmental protection policies and requirements and the continuous strengthening of human awareness of environmental protection,it is imperative to develop green and energy-saving polyurethane adhesive layer resin for football leather.Therefore,solvent-free polyurethane resin for football leather adhesive layer which can meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection was prepared,and its properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that the solvent-free polyurethane adhesive layer resin can react and cure rapidly at low temperature,and the production energy consumption is very low.When applied to the adhesive layer of football leather,it can be processed and formed at one time,the sample leather does not need paper aging treatment,and the production efficiency and quality are high,the football leather prepared with it is not only green and environmental protection,but also has high peel strength,good pattern setting and strong resistance.
