汽车内饰用环保型人造革/合成革研究

Environmental Protection Artificial Leather/Synthetic Leather for Automobile Interior

自新环保法实施以来,各行各业都在朝着绿色环保的方向迈进,人们对汽车内饰材料的应用亦是提出了低碳环保的要求。本文列举了汽车内饰材料的要求,对现阶段人造革在汽车内饰的应用现状进行了分析,并对传统人造革PVC、合成革PU材料及超细纤维合成革的性能做出简要分析,总结了环保型人造革的价值所在,并对现阶段的新型环保型人造革/合成革的性能进行了总结。希望新型环保型人造革/合成革的应用能为汽车内饰的发展带来新的研究思路。

Since the implementation of the new environmental protection law,all walks of life are moving towards the direction of green environmental protection,and the application of automotive interior materials has also put forward the requirements of low-carbon and environmental protection.This paper listed the requirements of automotive interior materials,and analyzed the current application of artificial leather in automotive interior.The properties of traditional synthetic leather PVC,synthetic leather PU and superfine fiber synthetic leather were briefly analyzed,the value of environment-friendly synthetic leather was summarized,as well as the properties of new environment-friendly synthetic leather/synthetic leather.It is hoped that the application of new environment-friendly artificial leather/synthetic leather will bring new research ideas for the development of automobile interior.
