制革工艺对皮革结构、性能与功能的影响初探 被引量:1

摘要 为了解制革工艺对在制品结构、成品革性能与功能的影响,提出通过工艺参数控制工序效果,进而考察工艺效果对在制品结构与性能的影响,并利用特性传递,引入功能材料,设计赋性工艺,考察赋性工艺效果对在制品结构、性能及功能的影响,初步建立制革工艺、皮革结构、性能与功能之间的关系。以坯革填充工序为例,通过考察其结构与性能,确定最优填充工艺,并引入功能化石墨烯材料,进行功能赋性,从而提高其性能与功能。工艺、结构、性能与功能的研究,对合理利用原料皮资源,设计最优工艺,生产高性能、多功能产品提供了依据。 In order to clarify the influence of the leather-making process on the structure,performance and function of the in-process product,it is proposed to control the process effect by the parameters,and then determine the structure and performance of the corresponding in-process product.Further,using the transfer of characteristics,introducing functional materials,designing the endowment process,determining the effect of the endowment process,and preliminarily establishing the relationship between the tanning process,leather structure,performance and function.Taking the filling process as an example,through the research on the structure and performance,the optimal filling process was determined,and the graphene material was introduced for functional empowerment,thereby improving its performance and function.The research on leather-making process,structure,performance and function of the in-process product,which provides an important basis for rationally utilizing raw material skins,designing optimal processes,and producing high-performance and multi-functional leather products.
