摘要
由于原材料的特殊性,皮革材料在进行深度加工以前都需要对材料表面的缺陷,如虫蛀、裂痕等进行筛查。基于机器视觉、数字图像处理技术等,对皮革材料缺陷的可视化检测进行分析,对皮革材料缺陷图像采集与处理、图像缺陷特征分析与提取、缺陷检测分类等关键技术进行总结。本文认为,对于皮革产业材料缺陷检测工艺而言,机器视觉能够大幅提升相关领域检测精度和检测效率,有利于皮革产业实现智能化发展。
Due to the particularity of raw materials,leather materials need to be screened for surface defects such as moth-eaten,cracks and so on before deep processing.Based on machine vision and digital image processing technology,this paper analyzed the visual detection of leather material defects,and summarized the key technologies of leather material defect image collection and processing,image defect feature analysis and extraction,defect detection and classification.It is put forward machine vision can greatly improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of the leather industry material defect detection process,which is conducive to the realization of intelligent development of the leather industry.
