摘要
“互联网+”环境下,皮革制造企业迎来了新的发展契机,电商运营模式的建设已成为大势所趋。基于此,本文分析了目前“互联网+”背景下皮革制造产业电商发展现状和发展趋势,探究了企业完善电商模式市场运作的意义。由于皮革制造企业电商发展依旧存在种种困境,完善电商市场运作模式成为当下重要任务,从加强产业链内各企业的协同、创造电商发展优越环境、完善跨境电商运作模式、加强皮革企业品牌建设等方面提出了皮革制造企业电商模式市场运作优化路径。
Under the"Internet+"environment,leather manufacturing enterprises have ushered in new development opportunities,and the construction of e-commerce operation mode has become the general trend.Based on this,this paper analyzed the current situation and development trend of e-commerce in leather manufacturing industry under the background of"Internet+",and explored the significance of enterprises to improve the market operation of e-commerce mode.As there are still various difficulties in the development of leather manufacturing enterprises’e-commerce,improving the e-commerce market operation mode has become an important task at the moment.The optimization path of leather manufacturing enterprises’e-commerce market operation mode was proposed from the aspects of strengthening the collaboration of enterprises in the industrial chain,creating an excellent environment for e-commerce development,improving the cross-border e-commerce operation mode,and strengthening the brand building of leather enterprises.
