摘要
专用车是汽车工业的重要组成部分,经济发展和城市建设要求专用汽车更加智能化,功能更加丰富且融合辅助驾驶技术,使得专用车的节点数量、总线负载、线束重量不断增加。车载以太网技术由于其具有更快传输速率,能够减少线束成本及重量以及满足下一代电气架构的发展需求等优点,在车辆上的应用越来越广泛。文章基于车载以太网技术,进行了适应于专用车的电子电气架构设计,设计了一种域控形式的架构,该架构使上装系统融入车辆整体架构,上装能与车辆其他电气部件互相服务,为专用车智能化水平提升提供基础。
Special vehicles play a vital role in the automobile industry.Economic development and urban construction require it more intelligent,functional,and integrated with assisted driving technology,which makes the number of nodes,bus loads,and wire harness weights continue to increase.In-vehicle ethernet is becoming widely used in vehicles due to its advantages of faster transmission rate,reduction of wiring harness cost and weight,and meeting needs of next-generation EEA.This paper designs the EEA of special vehicle based on the in-vehicle ethernet.This architecture integrates the upper system into the structure of vehicle,and the upper can serve other electrical components of the vehicle,providing foundation for the improvement of the intelligence level of the special vehicle.
