摘要
随着《中国制造2025》的提出,汽车制造业智能化成为新的发展趋势,越来越多的简单重复工作逐步被机器取代,用机器人代替人工在一定程度上可以显著降低汽车制造业对传统劳动力的依赖,提高生产效率。而对于培养汽车企业一线岗位人才的高职院校汽车制造与试验技术专业来说,为保证培养的学生不被淘汰,能够快速适应当前汽车行业的新形势,实行“三教”改革势在必行。文章以汽车制造专业“三教”改革为主要研究对象,分析了当前智能制造环境下汽车制造专业面临的挑战,指出进行“三教”改革的必要性,从教师、教材、教法三个方面进行探讨并提出具体改革措施,为全面提升学生的综合职业能力,培养高素质技术技能人才,应对汽车行业的变化趋势提供基础。
With the proposal of"Made in China 2025",the intelligent automobile manufacturing industry has become a new development trend,and more and more simple and repetitive work is gradually replaced by machines.To some extent,replacing manual work with robots can significantly reduce the dependence of automobile manufacturing industry on traditional labor and improve production efficiency.For automotive manufacturing and testing technology majors in higher vocational colleges,which train talents for front-line positions in automobile enterprises,it is imperative to implement the reform of"the three educational elements"in order to ensure that the students are not eliminated and can quickly adapt to the current new situation of the automobile industry.This paper takes"the three educational elements"reform of automobile manufacturing major as the main research object,analyzes the challenges facing automobile manufacturing major under the current intelligent manufacturing environment,points out the necessity of"the three educational elements"reform,discusses from the three aspects of teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and puts forward specific reform measures,in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive vocational ability of students and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel.Provide the foundation for changing trends in the automotive industry.
