摘要
随着整车智能化快速发展,增加大量车载功能,导致整车线束系统越发复杂,不仅增加整车重量,也让整车电源分配系统变得更复杂,可靠性降低。为了满足整车功能需求,并保证线束系统安全,需对保险盒进行智能化开发,提升整车线束电源分配系统的可靠性及安全等级,也能节约部分导线回路,同时通过铝导线的使用来降低整车重量,实现线束系统轻量化。
With the rapid development of vehicle intelligence,large increase in on-board functions,the whole vehicle harness system is becoming more and more complex,it not only increases the weight of the whole vehicle,but also makes the power distribution system of the whole vehicle more complex.In order to meet the functional requirements of the whole vehicle,ensure the safety of harness system,the fuse box needs to be developed intelligently,improve the reliability and safety level of the whole vehicle harness power distribution system,save wire circuit,use aluminum wires to reduce the weight of the whole vehicle.
