习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的国际传播主要通过党和国家领导人出访、外交演讲等活动,推进《习近平谈治国理政》的出版和发行覆盖,主办具有全球影响力的主场政党外交活动,开展对外学术交流以及部分国外共产党、海外友华人士及团体正面宣传等方式进行,取得了重要成效。推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想国际传播,必须加强顶层设计和总体布局,不断累积中国特色社会主义对外宣传的制度优势、组织优势和人力优势,在实践中注重国际传播能力和效能的提升;要在国际上积极倡导“把世界各国人民对美好生活的向往变成现实”的理念,将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的国际传播与宣传新时代中国对全球治理作出的独特贡献结合起来;构建新时代“内宣+外宣+他宣”的“三位一体”宣传新体系。

By means of the Party and state leaders’visits to foreign countries,diplomatic speeches and other activities,the publication and distribution of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China,the hosting of party diplomacy activities with global influences,the implementation of international academic exchange,and the positive advocacy of foreign communist parties and overseas Chinese and social groups,the international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has made great achievements.To further advance the international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we must strengthen the top-level design and overall plan,continuously accumulate institutional,organizational and human resource advantages for the global publicity of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and pay attention to the improvement of international communication capacity and effectiveness in the practice.We must actively advocate the idea of“satisfying the wish of people in the world for a better life”,combine the international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era with the publicity of China’s unique contribution to global governance in the new era,and build a“three-in-one”publicity system for the new era incorporating domestic publicity,foreign publicity and publicity by others.
