颅外动静脉畸形患者焦虑抑郁状态及相关因素分析

The status and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with extracranial arteriovenous malformation

目的调查颅外动静脉畸形(Extracranial arteriovenous malformation,EAVM)患者焦虑、抑郁状态,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2020年11月至2021年9月在我院治疗的EAVM患者129例,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者焦虑、抑郁情况,并分析其影响因素。结果129例EAVM患者SAS评分为(41.07±7.41)分,SDS评分为(41.44±10.43)分;文化程度、家庭关系、睡眠是影响EAVM患者焦虑、抑郁的重要因素(P=0.0423,P=0.0163,P=0.0497)。结论EAVM患者焦虑抑郁评分较高,且其影响因素较多,应积极采取措施,改善焦虑、抑郁状况。

Objective To investigate the state of anxiety and depression in patients with extracranial arteriovenous malformation(extracranial AVM)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From November 2020 to September 2021,129 patients with extracranial AVM were selected to evaluate the anxiety and depression with Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The SAS score and SDS score of 129 patients with extracranial AVM were 41.07±7.41 and 41.44±10.43.Education level,family relationship and sleep were important factors affecting anxiety and depression in patients with extracranial AVM(P=0.0423,P=0.0163,P=0.0497).Conclusion Patients with extracranial AVM have higher scores of anxiety and depression,and there are many influencing factors.Active measures should be taken to improve the status of anxiety and depression.
