皮瓣血流监测方法的研究进展

Research progress of flap blood flow monitoring methods

应用皮瓣修复缺损是整形与修复重建外科的常用手段,皮瓣的存活是手术成功的关键。术前及术中对皮瓣的设计需要考虑皮瓣血运的状况,术后对皮瓣血流的监测有助于早期发现并处理皮瓣血运的问题,避免血管危象及皮瓣坏死的发生。因此,皮瓣血流监测对皮瓣的存活至关重要。本文对目前应用于临床及动物实验的皮瓣血流监测方法进行归纳,以期在临床及动物实验中对皮瓣血流监测方法的选择提供参考。

Reconstruction of defects using flap is a common method in plastic and reconstructive surgery,and the survival of the flap is the key to the success of the operation.The design of the skin flap before and during the operation needs to consider the condition of the flap blood supply.Postoperative monitoring of the flap blood flow is helpful for early detection and treatment of flap blood flow problems,avoiding vascular crisis and flap necrosis happened.Therefore,flap blood flow monitoring is crucial to the survival of the flap.In this paper,the flap blood flow monitoring methods currently used in clinical and animal experiments,in order to provide a reference for the choice of flap blood flow monitoring methods in clinical and animal experiments.
