游离血管化网膜淋巴结移植治疗四肢淋巴水肿的进展

Progress of free vascularized omental lymph node transplantation in the treatment of lymphedema of extremities

近年来随着四肢淋巴水肿患者数量的上升以及超级显微外科的发展,针对四肢淋巴水肿的治疗水平也得以提高。对移植淋巴结的供区选择也在不断优化,体表淋巴结如腹股沟淋巴结、腋窝淋巴结、颌下淋巴结等供区已被广泛应用于治疗四肢淋巴水肿。本文就以网膜淋巴结为供区行游离血管化网膜淋巴结移植,治疗四肢淋巴水肿的现状进行综述。

In recent years,with the increase number of patients with limb lymphedema and the development of super microsurgery,the treatment level of limb lymphedema is also improving.The donor site selection of transplanted lymph nodes is also being optimized.Body surface lymph nodes such as groin lymph nodes,axillary lymph nodes,submandibular lymph nodes and other donor areas have been widely used in the treatment of limb lymphedema.In this paper,the current status of free vascularized omental lymph node transplantation in the treatment of limb lymphedema with omental lymph nodes as donor area was reviewed.
