脂肪移植隆臀相关的臀部美学及脂肪栓塞事件研究进展

Research progress on buttock aesthetics and fat embolism events related to buttock augmentation by fat transplantation

脂肪移植隆臀是臀部美容整形的重要手段之一。目前,脂肪移植隆臀不再单纯强调臀部体积的增大,而更关注塑造丰满、协调、流畅的臀部曲线,同时臀部美学的区域单元化和精细化,可有效提高脂肪移植隆臀术的美学效果。此外,脂肪移植隆臀虽有创伤小、术后恢复快、无明显瘢痕、效果佳等优点,但与此相关的脂肪栓塞事件限制了其发展。诊治和预防脂肪栓塞事件、提高手术安全性,是当前临床极为关注的问题。本文就脂肪移植隆臀相关的臀部美学,以及与此相关的脂肪栓塞事件的研究进展进行综述。

As one of the most important methods of buttock cosmetic surgery,gluteal augmentation with fat grafting no longer simply emphasizes on the increase of hip volume,but more concerns about shaping plump,harmonious and smooth hip curve.Besides,the regional unitization and refinement of hip aesthetics can effectively improve the aesthetic effect of fat graft buttock augmentation.In addition,being a powerful technique used in gluteal augmentation,autogenous fat grafting has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery and satisfactory results without obvious scar,however,its development is limited by relevant fat embolism events.How to improve the safety of surgery by treating and preventing fat embolism events is of great concern to plastic surgeons.In this paper,the research progress on buttock aesthetics and fat embolism events related to buttock augmentation by fat transplantation was reviewed.
