福建省医药制造业技术创新能力评价

A Research on the Assessment of the Technological Innovation Capability of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry in Fujian Province

为探析福建省医药制造业的技术创新能力并厘清其制约因素,通过全局熵值法和质性内容分析法的综合运用,在构建省域医药制造业的技术能力指标评价体系的基础上,对福建省医药制造业技术创新能力进行了综合评价与调查分析。论述当前福建省医药制造业技术创新能力仍待提升,应重点关注R&D经费支出、研发机构数量、机构经费支出、新产品开发经费支出以及新产品销售收入等5类指标的增长情况。分析当前制约福建省医药制造业技术创新能力提升的因素主要有:企业研发投入力度不足、人才队伍建设不完善、政策执行环节不到位等。

To explore the technological innovation capability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Fujian Province and clarify its constraints,we construct an evaluation system of the technological capability indicators of provincial pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with the help of overall entropy method and qualitative content analysis and evaluate the current situation of its pharmaceutical manufacturing industry development.The results of the study show that the current pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation capability in Fujian Province still needs to be improved and that focus should be put on the growth of five categories of indicators:R&D expenditure,number of institutions,institutional expenditure,new product development expenditure and new product sales revenue.Our analysis shows that the current constraints on the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Fujian Province include insufficient investment in enterprise R&D,inadequate construction of talent team sand the unfulfilled links of policy implementation.
