摘要
通过对原始档案、地方志等相关文献的梳理,探究1950-1958年福建省仙游县制糖业发展情况及历史经验,发现20世纪50年代初的仙游县制糖业在扩大甘蔗种植面积及提升甘蔗产量、推动制糖机械化、引进推广糖业生产等方面积累了许多宝贵的历史经验。
By combing the original archives,local records and other relevant documents,we explore the development and historical experience of the sugar industry in Xianyou County,Fujian Province from 1950 to 1958,and find that the sugar industry in the county in the early 1950s is very experienced in expanding the area of sugarcane cultivation,improving sugarcane production,promoting the mechanization of sugar manufacturing and introducing sugar production.
