我国商业健康险的支付需求日渐升温,商业健康险在卫生支出总费用中已经占据了举足轻重的地位,但是商业保险的赔付一直存在流程烦琐、周期长、骗保等问题,其最主要的原因是信息共享技术和信息安全技术欠缺。基于此,文章提出了区块链结合商保理赔的解决方案,利用区块链信息共享、去中心化、信息不可篡改等优点,帮助患者、医疗机构、保险机构解决在商保理赔过程中出现的问题,并进一步思考了"区块链十商保"的发展趋势及现存问题。

The demand for payment of commercial health insurance in China is heating up day by day..Commercial health insurance has occupied a pivotal position in the total cost of health expenditure.However,there have been problems in the payment of commercial insurance,such as cum bersome process,long cycle,fraudulent insurance,etc.The main reason is the lack of information sharing technology and information security technology.Based on this,the article proposes a solution com bining blockchain with commercial insurance claims settlement,which uses the advantages of blockchain information sharing,decentralization,and information tamperability to help patients,medical institutions,and insurance institutions solve the problems in the process of commercial insurance claims settlement,and further considers the development trend and existing problems of"blockchain+commercial insurance".
