The development of system integration in computer industry is inseparable from the supportof information technology,and information technology hasbeen applied to many fields.Thedevelopment of computer information system integration has created new opportunities for traditionalindustries in terms of management mode.However,there are still some defects in the management ofsystem integration projects.Therefore,if you want to further promote the development of computerinformation systen integration,you must use some effective management methods.In this paper.the risk factors faced by the computer information system integration project are analyzed in depth.and the corresponding strategies and measures are proposed for reference.
