蓄热式加热炉计算机控制系统分析

摘要 为了提高钢坯生产的质量与生产效率,将蓄热式加热炉作为主要研究对象,设计出蓄热式加热炉计算机控制系统。采用二级结构完成控制系统的结构设计,有利于提高系统的稳定性。利用变频器对加热炉的引风机设备的输出频率进行控制,将引风机的输出频率控制在25%~90%,有利于保证加热炉的节能效果。 In order to improve the quality and efficiency of billet production, the regenerative heating furnace is taken as the main research object, and the computer control system of regenerative heating furnace is designed. Using the secondary structure to complete the structure design of the control system is beneficial to improve the stability of the system. Using frequency converter to control the output frequency of the induced draft fan equipment of the heating furnace, the output frequency of the induced draft fan is controlled between 25% and 90%, which is conducive to ensure the energy saving effect of the heating furnace.
