基于健康要求应对的住宅户内空间优化探析

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情给人们居住与生活方式带来很大改变,进而产生一系列健康问题。为了使居住者享受到健康、舒适的居住环境,文章通过分析恢复性环境设计、亲生物设计等健康理论,结合我国住宅建筑的实际状况,提出适合住宅户内空间的亲生物要素应用框架,分别从营造完善的健康促进空间和塑造整体性的自然氛围两方面对住宅套型设计进行优化研究,以期提升住宅的健康性、舒适性和安全性。 The Covid-19 epidemic has brought a great change to people’s residence and lifestyle,and as a consequence a series of health issues occur.In order to make the residents enjoy an environment of health and comfort,and via the analysis on the health theories as restorative environment design and biophilic design etc.,this paper has taken into consideration the actual situation of China’s residential buildings,proposes a biophilic elements framework applicable to the indoor space of residences,and carries out a study on the optimization of residential structure from two perspectives as the building of a sound health-promoting space and the cultivating of a natural atmosphere of overall type,with an expectation to improve the health,comfort and safety of residences.
