基于吊兰焊接的二保焊与普通电弧焊对比研究

摘要 焊接是设备机械制造和维修中不可或缺的基本环节,焊接过程已成为现代工业生产中的一种重要的金属加工工艺,直接制约着其他各个行业的发展。丹麦学者Jens系统地总结了焊接过程的影响因素,认为焊接领域影响着自动化技术、材料科学、环境、无损检测、机械与腐蚀和断裂力学等多门学科。吊兰作为吊装转运设备也应用在各行各业,焊接是吊兰的关键工序。从吊兰为例,从工件表面形貌、焊接效率和人工成本等各个方面对比了二保焊与普通电焊。结果表明,在实际运用过程中,二保焊要优于普通电弧焊。 Welding is an indispensable basic link in equipment manufacturing and maintenance.The welding process has become an important metal processing process in modern industrial production,which directly restricts the development of other industries.Jens,a Danish scholar,systematically summarized the influencing factors of the welding process and believed that the welding field affected many disciplines such as automation technology,material science,environment,nondestructive testing,machinery and corrosion,fracture mechanics and other disciplines.As lifting and transferring equipment,chlorophytum comosum is also used in all walks of life,and welding is the key process of chlorophytum comosum.Taking chlorophytum as an example,carbon dioxide shielded welding and common arc welding are compared in terms of workpiece surface morphology,welding efficiency and labor cost.The results show that the carbon dioxide shielded welding is superior to the common arc welding in practical application.
