摘要
首先,介绍了滤光式粉尘计的测量原理;其次,提出了滤膜测尘的粉尘采样仪方法;然后,阐述了粉尘浓度标定方法;最后,通过试验取样绘制了在8.9 m/s的风速下,温度分别为23、60℃时砂尘浓度和光学浓度的关系图,并拟合得到了粉尘浓度与温度之间的关系式。本技术已成功地应用在吹尘试验设备中,可为同类吹尘试验设备的研制提供参考。
Firstly,the measurement principle of the filter dust meter is introduced.Secondly,a dust measuring method with dust sampler is proposed.Then,the dust concentration calibration method is described.Finally,the dust concentration and optical concentration relationship diagram at 23℃and 60℃when the wind speed is 8.9 m/s is drawn by test sampling,and the relational expression between dust concentration and temperature is obtained by fitting.This technology is successfully applied in dust blowing test equipment,and can provide reference for the development of similar dust blowing test equipment.
