随着集成电路芯片的快速发展,相应的测试技术也在不断地提高,随之而来测试机功能也越来越高端复杂。V93000是一种高端的ATE测试机,近年来产量需求不断增加,但是目前常规的人工测试已无法完全满足需求,因此需一种新型的测试方式来扩大产量。提出了一种V93000自动化测试的方式,首先,对该自动测试方法的硬件部分包括插座选型、PCB板设计和KIT的制作等进行了介绍;然后,阐述了测试程序开发的内容;最后,展示了自动化测试的具体实现过程,对于提高V93000测试效率和准确性具有重要的意义。

With the continuous development of integrated circuits,the corresponding testing technology is also constantly improving,and then the functions of test machines are becoming more and more sophisticated.V93000 is a high-end ATE test machine,in recent years,its production demand has been increasing,and at present,the conventional manual testing has unable to fully meet the demand,so a new test method is urgently needed to expand the production.An automated test technlogy for V93000 is proposed.Firstly,the hardware part of the automatic test method,including socket selection,PCB design and production of KIT,are introduced.Then,the content of the test program development is elaborated.Finally,the specific implemention process of automated testing is demonstrated,which is important for improving the efficiency and accuracy of V93000 testing.
