摘要
为探究豇豆不同种质在四川地区对根腐病的抗性情况,减缓根腐病发生对当地豇豆生产造成的威胁,分别采用人工接种抗病性鉴定和田间病圃自然诱发鉴定方法,对引自国内外的39份豇豆种质进行抗性鉴定及农艺性状综合评价。结果表明,苗期人工接种鉴定后高抗、抗病、中抗、感病和高感所占比例分别为23.08%、46.15%、12.82%、10.26%、7.69%;田间发病率与苗期人工接种发病率较一致的有19份,其中田间发病率小于等于25%的材料6份,F16-A-17、绿皮红咀燕、德州灰咀、本地小花豆角4份豇豆种质田间发病率低,苗期接种鉴定为3份抗病和1份高抗,综合性状优良,可作为抗病资源利用。
In order to explore the resistance of different Cowpea varieties to root rot in Sichuan area,and to reduce the threat to the local cowpea production caused by the occurrence of root rot,through injection method and natural induction of disease nursery in the field,39 Cowpea varieties were tested for resistance level to disease and agronomic traits.The results showed the proportions of highly resistant,resistant,medium resistant,susceptible and highly susceptable after inoculation at the seedling stage were 23.08%,46.15%,12.82%,10.26%and 7.69%,respectively.The field disease incidence rates of 19 varieties that were consistent with the incidence of inoculation test.Of them 6 materials had field disease incidence rate less than or equal to 25%.Varieties F16-A-17,Lüpihongzuiyan,Dezhouhuizui,and Bendixiaohuadoujiao showed low field disease incidence rate,and three resistant and one highly resistant,identified by inoculation at seedling stage,have good agronomy traits and could be used as disease resistant materials in breeding.
