非遗视野下双创型陶瓷粉彩人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Creative Ceramic Pastel Talents from the Perspective of "Intangible Cultural Heritage"

随着国家的经济领域高速发展,新时代我国正处在中国特色社会主义建设关键时期,更加需要在文化路领域继续深入发展。而文化的发展,与传统的文化传承有着重要关系,更加与具备文化创新、创业意识的人才培养具有必然联系。当下,我国高校已经就非遗视野下构建双创型粉彩人才培养模式进行了尝试,并且取得了一定成绩。但是由于细化操作和认识的复杂因素,其中也不乏一些问题的出现。本文介绍“非遗”传承视野下高校双创型粉彩人才培养对接中的问题,然后详细分析二者之间的必要性和可能性,最后对高校具体实施非遗视野下双创型粉彩人才培养模式进行深入研究。

With the rapid development of the country’s economic field, China is in the critical period of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, which requires further development in the field of cultural road. However, the development of culture has an important relationship with the traditional cultural heritage, and is more closely related to the cultivation of talents with cultural innovation and entrepreneurial awareness. At present, colleges and universities in China have tried to build a mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training model under the vision of intangible cultural heritage, and have made certain achievements. However, due to the complex factors of detailed operation and understanding, there are also some problems. This paper introduces the problems in the connection of the cultivation of innovative and creative pastel talents in colleges and universities from the perspective of "intangible cultural heritage" inheritance, and then analyzes the necessity and possibility of the two in detail. Finally, it makes an in-depth study of the implementation of the innovative and creative pastel talents cultivation model in colleges and universities from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage.
