摘要
高等院校为了更好地提高本校的陶瓷艺术教学工作效果,都在积极构造更加专业的教学团队,提升我国陶瓷艺术的创作水平,不断地寻求全新的教学方式,提高教学水平的实效性。大师工作室制是发挥大师的艺术影响力和专业水平的带动,提高教学团队的科研水平,教学以及团队协作能力的教学组织形式。针对现阶段高等院校陶瓷专业艺术出现的问题,讨论大师工作室制高等院校陶瓷艺术专业团队的构建原则、实践的方法、评价机制和在课堂教学中发挥出来的作用。
In order to better improve the teaching effect of ceramic art,colleges and universities are actively building more professional teaching teams,improving the creation level of ceramic art in China,constantly seeking new teaching methods and improving the effectiveness of teaching level.The master studio system is a teaching organization form that gives play to the artistic influence and professional level of the master,and improves the scientific research level,teaching and team cooperation ability of the teaching team.In view of the problems of ceramic professional art in Colleges and universities at present,this paper discusses the construction principles,practical methods,evaluation mechanism and the role played in classroom teaching of the master studio system ceramic professional team in Colleges and universities.
