摘要
由于施工工艺问题,某地下车库柱顶出现劈裂、裂缝。对该工程事故进行了鉴定和分析,并提出了置换和加固方案。针对施工现场地面承载力低的情况,提出了采用条形型钢支座的支撑卸载方案,并进行了详细的计算;对施工中加固置换的要点和关键问题进行了研究。加固处理后,框架柱的各项性能指标经检测均满足设计要求;同时,该技术方案较传统置换技术能节省28%工期,降低20%的成本。
As a result of the construction process problems,the roof of a garage was under splitting cracks.The accident was identified and analyzed,and displacement and reinforcement schemes were put forward.In view of the low ground bearing capacity in construction site,the support and unloading scheme of strip steel bearing was put forward and detailed calculation was carried out.The key points and key problems of reinforcement replacement in construction were studied.After reinforcement,all the performance indexes of the frame column met the design requirements.At the same time,compared with traditional replacement technology,this technical scheme saved construction time by 28%and reduced cost by 20%.
