摘要 高速公路桥梁施工过程中影响施工安全的不确定因素较多。为了结合工程建设管理实际,加强施工现场安全生产管理,采用层次分析法建立了基于钢板-混凝土组合梁桥主梁段拼装运梁、顶推落梁、永久支座安装、行车道板预制吊装等主要过程中可能发生的各类典型安全事故的数学模型并进行风险评价。分析结果表明,顶推落梁过程较为重要,其发生的落梁倾覆和局部屈曲安全事故影响较大。分析结果对项目施工现场安全防护具有指导意义,施工中应有针对性地加强防护措施。 There are many uncertain factors affecting construction safety in the process of highway bridge construction.In order to strengthen the safety production management on the construction site in combination with the actual situation of project construction management,the analytic hierarchy process was used to establish the mathematical model of various typical safety accidents that may occur in the main process for risk assessment,such as girder section assembly and transportation,jacking and falling of girder,installation of permanent support and prefabrication and hoisting of carriageway slab of steel plate-concrete composite girder bridge.The analysis results show that the process of pushing down the beam is more important,and its falling beam overturning and local buckling have a great impact on the safety accidents.The analysis results have guiding significance for the safety protection on the project construction site,and targeted protective measures should be taken in the construction.
