废塑料薄膜分层振动分选机理及参数优化

摘要 废塑料的高精度分选是长期以来难以解决的问题,基于振动分选理论提出一种分层振动分选技术。对多种废塑料的运动进行理论分析,得到速度、加速度及位移方程,根据废塑料薄膜不同运动状态,对振动分选机理进行分析从而确定合适的振动分选机构。建立废塑料薄膜在振动分选机上的参数优化数学模型,确立了目标函数、设计变量和约束条件,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱求解模型,实现了不同种类废塑料分选参数的优化,得出废塑料薄膜高精度分选的最佳参数。本研究所提分层振动分选技术对废塑料回收的实际应用具有借鉴意义。 The high-precision separation of waste plastics has been a difficult problem for a long time.Based on vibration separation theory,a layered vibration separation technology is proposed.The corresponding motion theory analysis is carried out on a variety of waste plastics,and the equations of velocity,acceleration and displacement are obtained.Then,according to the motion state of waste plastic film under different conditions,the vibration sorting mechanism is analyzed to determine the appropriate vibration sorting mechanism.The mathematical model of parameter optimization of waste plastic film on vibration separator is established.The objective function,design variables and constraint conditions are established.The model is solved by MATLAB optimization toolbox,so as to realize the optimization of different kinds of waste plastic separation parameters and obtain the optimal parameters of high precision separation of waste plastic film.The layered vibration separation technology proposed in this study has great reference significance for the practical application of waste plastic recycling.
